Observations and Analysis.
> LRT station nearby
   - allow convenience as a mode of transport for residents to easily travel from one location to another

> Speed bumps on the road which allows speeding cars to slow down.
   - crucial as people may get into accidents or suffer from injuries if a car is speeding

If I was a resident living nearby, I would be delighted as there are many facilities that the community club offers.

The community club is developing further and will soon be able to provide more facilities to make sure that the citizens leaving nearby have a good source of exercise and fun.
